Learn More About All Good Coffee

We believe that a cup of coffee can do more good than just putting a smile on your face. From farm to cup, every step of our coffee process produces social good. The coffee is higher quality, the environment is treated with respect, the farmers are making a better living, and the profits go to support charity. From the bean to the first sip, it’s All Good.
For more than 45 years, our partner has been producing superior quality specialty coffee. At their signature estate grown coffee, La Minita, is considered by many to be one of the finest coffees in the world.

We know that superior coffee starts at the very earliest stages: in the careful selection of seed material for our coffee trees, and the very best farmland located in optimal growing conditions–at high elevation with good soil, proper sun exposure and a well-defined rainy season.

The All Good Coffee Difference

Our Partner implements control measures at each step of coffee production. Because of this, we can provide our clients unparalleled quality, consistency, and the transparency to know exactly where and how the coffees are grown.
100% of the profits go to support the All Good Work Foundation, which connects social impact organizations to donated office space to remove the second highest cost of operating a nonprofit. Our program makes sure that every resident spends more of their budget on doing good, and by reducing the cost of innovation in the social sector, we make way for new ideas to solve society’s biggest problems.
Sustainability
We Know Sustainable Agriculture from the Ground Up

Coffee sustainability is an intricate weave of resources and people. Itis care for our farms’ delicate ecological systems, and good wages and living conditions for our farmers and their families.
We know that environmentally sound farming and processing methods produce superior quality coffee beans. As our Partner is an owner of farms and mills in Latin America, we also know that supporting quality of life on our farms creates thriving, sustainable communities. The result is simple. The people who work the land and grow our coffee care deeply about the quality of the coffee they produce.

Since 1968, our Partner has innovated and practiced sustainable agricultural methods at Hacienda La Minita, their flagship farm in Costa Rica.

We do not use pesticides or herbicides on any of our coffee. All weed control is done by hand withmachete.

Our Partner also owns and operates two mills in Costa Rica, and a third in Jardin, Colombia. Our mills incorporate leading edge sustainability practices, including use of biomass furnaces and clean, renewable hydropower. In fact, Partner self-generates almost one million kilowatt hours of electricity per year.

We are proud that all of our farms are Rainforest Alliance Certified™.

Extending Sustainable Farming Practices Worldwide

Our Partner’s La Minita Green Trading Division works with coffee partners around the world to transform conventional farmland to Rainforest Alliance Certified. Expanding careful cultivation is a crucial step in building future supply.

Our Partner provides technical and financial support to help willing producers navigate the Rainforest Alliance certification process. Once certification is achieved, we continue to work closely with producers to help them maintain certification.

Our Partner provides a secure market for Rainforest Alliance Certified™ coffees, enabling local farmers to earn a better living as they contribute to the health of their farms and communities.
